Visiting three Disney parks in one day might sound crazy but when I was in Orlando for a conference, I was faced with only one day to explore and, wanting to see as much as possible, you do what you have to do! This whirlwind journey started early at Animal Kingdom, then moved on to savoring global flavors at Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival, and finishing with the iconic fireworks at Magic Kingdom.
